Okay, so I know Kari has some Toms, and I'm pretty sure Jules does...so tell me ladies, are they really as comfortable as I've heard? And also, do I need to order a smaller size than I normally wear? I was reading on their website that they stretch a bit, so order a size down? Is that true?

They are so-so on comfort. Pretty much no support but a good, light shoe for summer. As for size- as long as you order women's size it should be fine. Tim Ponce gave me a pair of his that were "too girly" for him (?? he's pretty much a lady, more like a lesbian) but they were men's sizes and even though they fit me in the length, they were way too wide.
ReplyDeleteKari, i think you gave me my first pair of toms for a present and we order 8.5's and we had to returned them for 9's. I love them for quickie errands are casual days but because of the lack of support I wouldn't wear them when I know i need to be on my feet walking around for hours. One thing about my pair, they have a piece of material or part of the canvas that tends to fold the wrong way and where it sits on the top of my foot is so bothersome. It leaves a mark and gets tender. SO aside from the fact that my color of toms shoes doesn't go with everything and the material rubs on my foot......I love them. hahaha. I really do suggest you invest!!
