Follow Up

I got the job! I am going to be be an assistant on the Global Operations Team for One Hope. I'm not exactly sure of all the details of the job yet. It's sorta hard for me to wrap my head around the whole world. The Global Operations Department works on all the details surrounding printing and shipping all their materials around the world. They were with printers all over the world, so things like earthquakes, floods, mudslides, hurricanes in certain places can affect us. Crazy. But I think it will be cool. It will definitely be different and a challenge. My boss's name is Tom and he said I could potentially have the opportunity to travel once a year if I wanted to see the kids. So that's cool! He also said that I could have the opportunity to move into something else if I realized I would rather do something else within the ministry. Lots of room to grow it sounds like.

I'm glad you made it Jules! So adventurous of you...Can you use your former nursing skills from the career center in a job there? Just a thought....

  5. In my mind I'm gonna have 1 roommate. She's cool and laid back like me. I still haven't told my friend it's not gonna work out yet. I'm dreading that conversation. But realistically I don't think she can move out financially. Unfortunately she keeps making comments about us all living together. I just ignore it.
