Today I called my boss and told him that Wednesday would be my last day with the kids. I will move out my stuff Thursday and Friday. I am sad but it is necessary. It seems clear to me that God is calling me to the next thing. I hate that I had to break my word with them, but I knew I could not do it any longer.

ReplyDeleteKatie, I'm so proud of you standing for something you see is necessary. I will definitely be thinking of you this week as you talk to the kids, move, and switch jobs.... have you found another one yet? Keep us posted and let us know if there is anything we can pray for specifically.

ReplyDeleteI had an interview today which went well. I let them know what I think Friday. It's looking good and would probably start full force in January....fine with me because I need to process everything.
I'm nervous about tomorrow. Saying goodbye will not be easy.
